Exchange Club of Indian River
Whether raising funds to combat child abuse, staffing GiveAKidAFlagToWave events, or enjoying legendary Fifth Wednesday socials, Exchange Club of Indian River is a lively part of Indian River County.
We are a group of men and women working together to make our community a better place to live. Each year our members (called Exchangites) rally together to provide essential services for the community and for children.
Exchange Club of Indian River has provided the community with programs in youth activities, service, and Americanism since 1973. It is affiliated with America’s service club, the National Exchange Club.
Members ordinarily meet for lunch at C.J. Cannon’s Restaurant, 3414 Cherokee Drive, Vero Beach, at 12:00 noon the first three Wednesdays of the month and for a social event four Wednesday evenings a year. However, COVID-19 has forced members to hold virtual lunch meetings on those days via Zoom. Meetings feature programs and speakers from a wide range of business, government and civic, charity, personal, and professional topics.

Our Foundation’s recent fundraisers were the Fourth Annual TOSS OUT CHILD ABUSE (TOCA) Charity Cornhole Tournament held Saturday, March 7, at the Walking Tree Brewery and the Fifth Annual Black & White Centennial Masquerade Ball held Saturday, October 5, 2019, at the Vero Beach Country Club.
Exchange Club of Indian River Foundation, Inc. was founded by the club in 2001. The sole mission of the foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, is the prevention of child abuse. We believe every child in our community should have the opportunity to grow up healthy, safe, and happy. We support local youth-related projects dedicated to this end. Your tax-deductible donation is welcome at any time.
